Copyrighted Materials
We cannot reproduce copyrighted materials
without the written consent of their respective owners. Obtaining permissions for
reproduction of such materials is the sole responsibility of the customer. Southern
Mobile Media Group, LLC assumes no responsibility -express or implied- for obtaining
such permissions. In short, if the customer does not have written permission from the copyright
owner to reproduce their work then we can't print it.
No Artwork Upload Fees!
Artwork uploads are COMPLETELY FREE!
Unlike some other sign shops, we will never ever charge you for providing your own
artwork. In fact we encourage it! It saves us time and saves you money.
Artwork Guidelines
Artwork must be "print-ready". This
means all colors, sizes, text, etc. should be finalized before you email it to us.
If in doubt send it to us anyway and we can contact you regarding anything that
we feel will result in a poor final product.
Vector Images
We accept .pdf, .eps, .cdr, and .ai (Version 8 only)
vector images. If
your artwork contains bitmap effects such as shading, gradients, or shadows we can
only accept them in .cdr or raster format. If in doubt send it
over and we'll let you know if we can use it.
Raster Images
We accept .png and .jpg formatted raster images.
Please ensure that the image is 300dpi or higher and saved at or near the actual
size of the sign you want us to produce. If sending .jpg images please save them
at the lowest compression setting that your software will allow. Higher compression
equals a smaller file size but results in an image of poor quality.
Enlarging small raster images results in very poor quality
due to pixelization. We cannot enlarge a postage stamp sized image to fit on a 4'
x 4' sign without it looking extremely bad. However, shrinking raster images is
never a problem so if your image is larger than the sign you need that is a good
thing. If in doubt send it in and we will contact you if there are any problems.
Level of Quality
While we will print pretty much
anything the customer sends us we do try to maintain a level of quality that best
represents our business. A bad sign not only reflects poorly on the sign owner,
it reflects poorly on the sign maker as well.

holidays)
8:00AM to 5:00PM Central Time
